"In the 3 and half years of being a Project and Engagement Coordinator for OLM, I’ve had the privilege to work across multiple projects, helped some wonderful young people on their personal and/or professional journeys and supported the company in navigating its way through the Pandemic.
I’ve learnt a lot over the past few years and witnessed first-hand some of the challenges that are attached to youth work and social enterprises but believe in the necessity of our provision and its impact for the young people and community in which we serve. In my new role as Project Manager, I hope to continue and build on the amazing work that is delivered by Open Lens Media, help to lead our incredible team and connect with more of you as we grow and develop our partnerships across the area. I’m very excited for this next stage of my Open Lens journey and look forward to the work ahead!"
