PROMOTING DIVERSITY
Open Lens Media actively promotes diversity within our Leadership, workforce, participant groups, and within the Media industries. We provide opportunities, training, and courses to groups that are underrepresented.

Our aim is to equip people with the tools they need to gain meaningful employment, training, and education in order to make a greater impact.
We work closely with young people from Black, Asian, and minority communities, disadvantaged backgrounds, disabilities, and those with Special Education Needs.
