Programme Delivery
Facilitator
Location: Walsall, West Midlands office (with some travel across Birmingham and Black Country)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: 2 year fixed term
Salary/Hourly Rate: £23,000 (pro rata)
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and engaging individual to join our Programme Delivery team as a Programme Delivery Facilitator.
In this varied and changemaking role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful workshops, training sessions, and events designed to empower and inspire young people and young adults. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the youth development of individuals across the West Midlands and contribute to the success of our youth-centric 1 to 1, group based, and social outreach initiatives.

Employability and Development Coach
Location: Walsall, West Midlands office (with travel across the West Midlands region)
Hours: Full time
Contract: 2 year fixed term
Salary/Hourly Rate: £26,000
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and effective Employability and Development Coach to join our team at Open Lens Media.
Primarily based in Walsall, you will also work across the West Midlands region to deliver employability support through our Pathways Employability Programme aimed at young people aged 16-24 and young adults aged 25-35. The Development and Employability Coach will play a key role in supporting individuals in gaining essential skills, confidence, and opportunities to enter and thrive in the employment market.
