What is Pledge 10?

After our successful media training programmes, we noticed a common challenge: limited opportunities for our participants to take their next career steps. We’re on a mission to change that. Our goal is to create incredible, tangible opportunities for budding talents in the region.

That’s why we’ve launched Pledge 10, and we’re reaching out to local companies to join us on this incredible journey. Read more about Pledge 10 here.

RicNic has pledged to bridge the skills gap. We want to be the driving force behind a young person’s first steps toward their dream job. Through our Pledge 10 partnership, we will make a real impact. Our efforts will provide valuable experiences for local young people while making the West Midlands shine brighter.

RicNic are delighted to be coming on board as a Pledge 10 Partner. Supporting young people to explore their creativity, build their confidence, and develop the skills they need for a fulfilling career has been our top priority since 2004, and working with Open Lens Media will allow us to continue to do this across Walsall and the West Midlands.
